Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in an engineering role AND program or project leadership role within an engineering environment.

Responsibilities
- Provides counsel and recommendations to section product line management on both tactical execution and longer term strategic initiatives.
- Responsible for defining and driving section key performance indices (KPIs) including appropriate action plans to close on performance metrics.
- Partners with sub-section managers to manage resources, schedule, and budget for their teams.
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of combined experience in an engineering role AND program or project leadership role within an engineering environment.

- Experience with problem solving tools such as MS Projects or Miro Boards.
