Requirements
- BA/BS or higher
- Minimum of six (6) years of combined Army staff experience with extensive plans, programs and policies at the strategic level
- Possess a thorough understanding of mission command training at the battalion, brigade, and/or division levels of the Army
- School Certified FA 57
- Secret clearance
- Joint service staff experience
Responsibilities
- Provide analysis on the Army Combined Arms Training Strategy (or most recently HQDA Approved Training Strategy) requirements as they pertain to readiness, and the broad spectrum of Army information systems required to train MISSION command
- Provide support to ARNG MCTSP projects through planning, preparing, executing, and providing recommendations to assist in conduct of strategic decision making
- Provide doctrinal and technical advisory assistance, briefing support, and assistance with program initiatives to include special reports, meetings, white papers, and other program initiatives
