Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in influencer & creator marketing, content strategy, or social media, preferably within an agency or digital media environment.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and the influencer landscape.
- Excellent communication skills, suitable for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal & external teams to understand client objectives, target audience, and content goals.
- Assist in developing comprehensive campaign strategies and creative concepts aligned with client objectives, audience insights, and industry best practices with a particular focus on Influencer & Creator Marketing.
- Involved in the end-to-end execution of creator campaigns – including sourcing & vetting, negotiating contracts, drafting creator briefs, and providing detailed feedback on creator assets.
- Manage media trafficking and content amplification with internal media partners.
- Build strong relationships with influencers & talent agencies.
- Monitor content performance across social channels, identifying results, trends, and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
- Administrative duties as required, including managing the vendor set up and invoicing for creator programs.
Preferred Qualifications
