Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or materials science and 1 year of related experience.
- Hands-on experience with materials analysis techniques (e.g., FTIR, SEM) and statistical methods (e.g., SPC, Six Sigma Methods).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance on materials and processes.
- Assist production departments with troubleshooting and process instructions.
- Conduct failure and post-test analyses.
- Develop new materials and processing techniques.
- Perform laboratory tests and data analysis.
- Interpret and present analysis results.
- Write materials and process specifications.
- Stay updated on state-of-the-art technology in materials and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in failure analysis of electro-mechanical components is highly desirable.
