Requirements
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience OR Successful completion of RTX enterprise OSCLDP in 2025
- Prior work experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, and/or Power point)
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Manage contract close out for the program and suppliers
- Assist with Earned Value requirements
- Own the program spares strategy and execution through to contractual delivery, including management and improvement of on time delivery (OTD)
- Engage with IPT leadership on material execution
- Successfully operate with minimal oversight, yet readily recognize and escalate when assistance is required
- Easily adapt to strategic and tactical tasks
- Able to influence team decisions and outcomes
- Ability to work in and experience with a cross-functional team-oriented environment
- Have the capability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Process information from multiple sources to achieve a successful outcome
- Oversight of metrics including leading indicators for Supply Chain to ensure success of the program
- Develop and execute Risk & Opportunity (R&O) and create/manage sales plans
- Ability to obtain MPM certification within 1 year of hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful completion of RTX Enterprise OSCLDP in 2025
- EVMS certification
- SAP experience
- Experience leading or participating in cross-functional teams
- Experience managing budgets in support of the Estimate at Completion (EAC) process
- Ability to lead managerial efforts, address issues, and resolve conflicts
- High degree of financial acumen, the mechanics of strong supplier negotiations, and how to influence an acceptance in execution of cost reduction opportunities.
