Master Tech – Quality Compliance

Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position
2 years or more of Quality Assurance experience.
1 year of Aerostructures or Aerospace business experience
Experience reading engineering drawings.
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system.

Interpret instructions delivered verbally, in writing, or through visual illustrations to ensure accurate task execution
Read and interpret blueprints.
Conduct in-process quality inspections.
Schedule and prioritize workload in areas of responsibility with support from supervision.
Adhere to supervisor’s instructions and guidance.
Utilize SAP software for tracking, reporting, and managing production-related data.
Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
Recertify airworthiness tags every 36 months in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
Be available to work overtime, including occasional weekends and holidays, to meet production demands.
Upon completion of training, you must pass a written exam before working independently.
