Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience or similar marketing automation experience
- Solid understanding of marketing campaign concepts and best practices
- Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to provide optimization insights

Responsibilities
- Leads the configuration of assigned campaign configuration and journey build
- Develops and configures sender/e-mail profile configuration
- Leads the configuration of audience entry source, exit criteria, re-entry criteria and campaign goals
- Structures Journey decision splits
- Develops and configures Journey updates/modifications and version control of active campaigns
- Develops and configures dynamic content, including Personalization requirements
- Develops and configures messaging/activities across channels and associate defined sender/delivery profile
- Performs on-going QA & platform health checklist tasks
- Participates in campaign optimization sessions and support analysis of campaign performance
- Configures A/B tests and present the results for marketing campaigns
- Configures and measures campaign optimizations
- Builds emails and ensures email campaigns are meticulously tested for errors and compliance with best practices
- Partners with creative teams and build reusable content blocks
- Leads the configuration of Personalization requirements
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to achieve campaign objectives
- Utilizes strong project management skills to drive initiatives from conception to completion within established timelines
Preferred Qualifications
- SFMC Administrator Certification
- SFMC Email Specialist Certification
- SF Data Cloud Consultant Certification
- SF Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and its integration with Marketing Cloud
- 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and its integration with Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Cloud and CRM
- Robust understanding of data streams, real-time data unification, and identity resolution
- Strong expertise in segment creation, activation, and automation for omnichannel marketing campaigns
- 2+ years of journey orchestration experience in Financial Services or other regulated industry
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications: Administrator, Developer, and/or Email Specialist
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio), including the key foundational components of real-time personalization strategies, decisioning, and omnichannel interaction tracking
- Comprehensive understanding of leads, contacts, opportunities, and campaign management within Salesforce CRM
- Expertise leveraging Adobe Audience Manager, LiveRamp, Relay, Mparticle and Flybits
- Ability to interpret and document system architecture diagrams and data flow across platforms
- Understanding of data models, customer, and relational data
- Skilled at identifying and supporting data requirements across the Salesforce ecosystem and the enterprise tech stack
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data processes to support efficiency and best practice
- Confident in presenting technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Able to create clear documentation, process flows, and user guides
- Eager to stay current on emerging technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem and the broader MarTech space
- Positive attitude toward problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment with a track record of effectively working autonomously and navigating ambiguity
- Knowledge of Inline CSS, Embedded CSS, External CSS, and AMPScript + CSS to work in SFMC
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Journey Builder. Knowledge of Loyalty Cloud and CRM is a plus
- Knowledge of data engineering concepts, zero-copy data access, and cloud-based data integration
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment with a track record of effectively working autonomously and navigating ambiguity
