Requirements
- Excellent project management and organisational skills

- Experience training users on usage of technologies and generating documentation for process flows

- Proven experience managing webinars and other event platforms
- Strong knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation (Marketo preferred)
- Good working knowledge of lead management, inbound and outbound processes
- Drive to learn and establish self as subject matter expert on multiple marketing technologies
- Languages: Business level English mandatory, other relevant languages would be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to marketers for 6Sense Display Ad initiatives including creating and managing audience segments based on account intent and prioritisation tiers, configuring ad targeting parameters
- Perform quality checks to confirm accuracy of 6Sense Display Ads and alignment with campaign objectives before activation
- Monitor 6Sense Display Ads to ensure campaigns are running as intended and troubleshoot any delivery or technical issues
- Maintain up to date process guidelines and best practices for leveraging the 6Sense Display Ads functionality
- Assist in the enhancement and adoption of 6Sense Intelligence across the Demand Centre and Marketing for go-to-market effectiveness
- Generate Folloze performance reports tailored to provide insights to Marketing, Demand Centre, Sales and CSMs on account-based engagement for qualification
- Support Folloze personalisation efforts through analysis of Folloze performance for areas of optimisations
- Build and maintain Ada Chat Answer flows for campaign specific and general use cases ensuring alignment with account-based messaging
- Maintain the Demand Centre roster updates to ensure chatters are properly routed for appropriate follow up
- Manage the Demand Centre scheduler to facilitate streamlined meeting booking experience for chatters
- Monitor live chat performance to address lagging experiences for prioritised accounts and segments
- Maintain up to date resource centres as self-service knowledge base for our users to aid in enablement and adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build optimised workflows, automations and data integrations for targeted account engagement
- Monitor daily operations to ensure systems are working as designed
- Troubleshoot user and data issues related to the tech stack
Preferred Qualifications
