Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- BA degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education required
- Minimum of 4 years of proven field marketing experience
- Experience managing multi-site locations, demonstrating the ability to oversee and optimize operations across multiple regions
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for donor-related communications, collaborating with marketing, communications, and other relevant teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Design and implement innovative strategies to boost donor satisfaction, drive retention, and enhance engagement based on direct feedback.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify data inconsistencies, guaranteeing system integrity and accuracy.
- Identify, analyze, and report technical issues impacting campaigns and donor/employee engagement, driving prompt resolution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive instructional materials, SOPs, and toolkits for fleetwide distribution, ensuring consistent excellence in all practices.
- Generate and deliver regular reports on key metrics, including app utilization, local campaign performance, and lead generation to drive data-driven decision-making.
