Requirements
- Minimum 7 Years’ Experience in the AEC industry
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Complete understanding of the AEC marketing process
- Complete knowledge of Microsoft, Adobe, and Deltek with the ability to train others
- Ability to develop and run multiple projects and teams with minimal oversight
- Able to identify individual strengths and bring out the best in team members
Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate, and support proposal preparation and efforts, including driving go/no-go decisions
- Manage marketing plans and marketing meetings
- Monitor leads; manage daily lead and opportunity tracking across the firm
- Prepare presentations on marketing efforts
- Cultivate strong, trusted working relationships with management and technical staff
- Take the lead role in the development of complex RFP responses.
