1-2 years of experience in a project management role, with exposure to marketing and creative projects
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and communicate effectively
Keen attention to detail and adaptability to quick changes
Proven track record of successfully managing and executing multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Asana, JIRA, or similar project management platform knowledge preferred

Ensure timely execution of all Marketing campaigns from ideation to post-campaign reporting
Collaborates with Marketing team to deliver successful results across brand, creative, editorial, social, CRM & paid marketing channels
Updates and tracks team tasks in Asana, such as creative brief requests, copy requests, and day-to-day Marketing operations
Serve as liaison to various cross functional departments such as Field/Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Medical
Responsible for managing orders with print vendor
Manage intake of Marketing & Creative requests and work with stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and prioritize accordingly
Collaborate across the organization, including with key stakeholders and external vendors or partners, facilitating meetings when necessary
Plays an integral role in opening new clinics working with internal team members and retail development teams
Facilitates in sharing marketing campaign hind sights, conducting retrospectives to gain insights on what process changes and efficiencies can be implemented
Updates Marketing roadmap and master calendar with input from relevant leadership team members
