Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience (mid-level), preferably with a focus on strategic partnerships, local initiatives, community outreach, or brand collaborations
- You’re entrepreneurial and proactive; excited to pitch new ideas and build new business relationships
- Skilled communicator, you’re comfortable working independently and cross-functionally, coordinating closely with global colleagues and stakeholders
- Analytical thinker able to quickly interpret market performance data and provide actionable insight
Responsibilities
- Proactively identifying and initiating non-traditional opportunities and strategic partnerships in the US (local brands, community projects, niche events, sports sponsorships, strategic collaborations, etc.)
- Provide internal stakeholders with US market insights, competitor analysis, and local trends, proactively flagging opportunities or challenges
- Track and report on US market performance metrics/KPIs to help marketing teams stay informed and agile
- Represent the brands at events, networking opportunities, or PR activities as needed
- Support product and marketing teams with local expertise, feedback, product testing, and customer insights to ensure effective localization
- Collaborate across marketing teams, offering guidance and ideas without direct managerial responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience or familiarity with partnerships in Sports, Travel, Fintech, or Telco
- Based on the East Coast (EST timezone preferred) to ensure easy collaboration and communication across global teams.
