Requirements
- 3-5+ years’ experience in a Marketing Operations role
- Track record of building successful multi-channel, multi-touch programs from scratch
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Is analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven
- Knowledge of Customer Engagement Platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Sailthru, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Experience with third-party analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Kibana, Elastic, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated programs for outbound communication channels (email, SMS, and push)
- Monitor and report on engagement metrics (opens, clicks, click-to-open rates) and channel health metrics (opt-outs, bounces)
- Analyze the performance of communication channels and campaigns across customer segments and lifecycle stages
- Optimize technical processes for maximum operational efficiency
- Ensure deliverability of email and SMS
- Conduct coding and QA in an enterprise-level ESP
- Establish strong collaborative relationships with Lifecycle Marketing and cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and other key stakeholders
