Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of Marketing Operations experience, B2B SaaS startup experience preferred
  • Proven experience in the setup, configuration, and management of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Outreach.io, and similar tools to streamline marketing workflows and campaigns
  • Expertise in implementing integrations with CRM (Salesforce) and reporting marketing KPIs through Salesforce
  • Proficient in making data-driven marketing decisions to improve and optimize campaigns and the marketing funnel
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a sustainable operating model that allows for both running the business (campaign execution) and scaling the business (infrastructure and process improvements)
  • Manage the integration of marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, Outreach) with CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure seamless data flow and accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and customers
  • Partner cross-functionally with Demand Gen, Events, and Product Marketing teams to support integrated programs that drive enterprise pipeline growth
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to marketing campaign effectiveness and automation initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain documentation for marketing automation processes, including standard operating procedures, best practices, and guidelines for internal stakeholders.
