Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience executing CRM programs, with hands-on knowledge of email, push, and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large-scale audience segments and troubleshoot data or targeting issues.
  • Familiarity with HTML and experience resolving common email coding problems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and platforms (e.g., Zeta, Moveable Ink, Stensul)
  • Proficiency in essential business tools, including Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Photoshop, with the ability to confidently navigate internal systems and marketing operations platforms.
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy engaging, user-led campaigns across email, push, and newsletters to support sports marketing initiatives—ranging from product launches to new user onboarding and lifecycle automation.
  • Own the setup, maintenance, and quarterly audits of recurring and triggered CRM programs—ensuring accuracy, deliverability, and optimal user experience.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends in email marketing, mobile engagement, and personalization strategies—and apply them to every campaign.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to translate business objectives into smart targeting strategies and technically sound audience segments.
  • Implement A/B tests and campaign experiments to continuously improve performance and drive learnings.
  • Build dashboards and produce quarterly roll-up reports to share performance insights, test results, and recommendations for future improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with dynamic content scripting (e.g., liquid scripting) is a plus.
