Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
- Team player AND self-starter; you’re able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Highly motivated to drive projects to completion
- People person; enjoy working with clients and supporting internal customers in the organization
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dealer Operations, Sales, Product, Marketing) to develop and execute growth-focused marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of compelling launch materials, including copy and visuals, for upcoming product releases.
- Brainstorm and contribute innovative marketing campaign ideas to increase customer enrollment and engagement.
- Analyze email campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct market research and propose process improvements to increase marketing operations efficiency.
- Assist with the setup and management of digital advertising and email marketing campaigns (familiarity with HTML, digital ad platforms, and email marketing platforms preferred).
- Investigate opportunities to improve SEO performance of Alarm.com website.
- Other duties as assigned
