Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience planning and executing successful B2B technology or SaaS events of varying sizes and formats
  • Experience managing event budgets and juggling multiple priorities using tools like Asana
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with measuring and analyzing event performance metrics
  • A focus on delivering exceptional attendee experiences that align with Culture Amp’s mission

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute a variety of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, from intimate executive roundtables to large-scale conferences and trade shows
  • Develop and oversee event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost efficiencies without compromising quality
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and external vendors to align on event goals and deliverables
  • Utilize event management tools (e.g., Splash), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage event logistics and performance tracking
  • Set and analyze event KPIs, report on ROI, and use insights to continuously improve event outcomes
