Marketing Design Intern

Currently enrolled at a design school or holding a bachelor’s degree in design
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite software
Knowledge of After Effects is a huge plus
Organizational and project management skills – ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
Strong design aesthetic in layout, composition, typography, and color usage
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and collaboration skills
Self-motivated, comfortable working on tight deadlines and able to respond well to changing priorities
Interest and knowledge of the mental health and wellness space

Assist in the creation of designs for social media, landing pages, email campaigns, print materials, and more
Create and build upon primary design principles (typography, layout, information architecture, and visual hierarchy), while improving existing conventions such as frameworks, design systems, guidelines, and templates
Articulate and present creative concepts clearly and concisely
Ensure all creative follows branding guidelines
Partner and collaborate across creative projects with both internal and external stakeholders
Support the team with various administrative and organizational tasks as needed
