Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- At least 2 years of project management or operational experience
- At least 2 years of pathology lab experience, either in operations or on the bench
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to structure and prioritize work in a manner that best fits team needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn proprietary software quickly
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Legal and pathology laboratories to draft and execute laboratory services agreements, ensuring compliance and timely turnaround
- Initiate and manage contract workflows by submitting requests through IronClad, tracking progress and addressing any delays or issues
- Work with PAEs to gather necessary business, clinical, and operational information to support the execution of laboratory services agreements
- Partner with Speaker Bureau administrator in Marketing Operations to manage speaker program logistics, including contract negotiation for venue, food and beverages, and other logistic support as needed
- Support broader sales operations initiatives and projects as assigned, including reporting, data collection, and cross-functional process improvement, event planning and administrative duties
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Based in the Bay Area is a plus
