Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing automation or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred but not required).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage automated campaigns using Eloqua, translating campaign strategies and tactics into best-in-class Marketing automation orchestration.
- Build and optimize email marketing workflows to engage customers and prospects through targeted, timely, personalized communications.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes & drive effective teamwork for seamless execution.
- Conduct multi-variant testing to optimize performance, driving higher engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve Marketing automation strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Certification in Marketing automation platforms.
