Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Support in market research, data collection, and trend analysis
- Help maintain and update marketing calendars, files, and reports
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials
- Manage and track inventory of promotional items
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager and broader team
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role preferred
