Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and compile reports on trends and competitors
- Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Manage and update internal databases and client information
- Support event planning, promotional activities, and property launches
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and goals
- Track campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral
