Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing strategy or data engineering
- Experience with SQL or Python and demonstrated ability to work with both structured and unstructured databases
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik) to conduct in-depth analysis and present data findings
- Proven understanding of marketing data and how to leverage that to drive valuable insights
- Strong understanding and experience with the following: (MTA) and marketing mix modeling (MMM) approaches to measure ROI across paid media, organic, and other channels
- Excellent collaboration and partnership skills for working across internal organizations
- You are self-directed and innovative; you build trust and are biased towards action in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Responsible for owning the development of insights that empower business users to make day-to-day decisions
- Develop and refine multi-touch attribution (MTA) and marketing mix modeling (MMM) approaches to measure ROI across paid media, organic, and other channels
- Leverage experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing and incrementality studies to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Build and implement intuitive dashboards that reveal trends and patterns, enabling stakeholders to quickly understand and act on data
- Develop data-driven marketing KPIs, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and campaign ROI, to assess the efficiency of marketing spend and channel performance
- Coordinate data requirements and business processes across teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Serve as a thought partner and mentor to other analysts
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Marketing, Analytics, Mathematics, or Economics)
