Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years experience preferred
- Previous marketing, project management, account management experience preferred
- Work in a previous customer service centric role/environment is requested
- Experience with a CRM/marketing platform, project management tool, and/or Adobe Creative Suite is requested but not required.
Responsibilities
- Support Loan Originators (LOs) with their marketing and business development
- Manage tickets/requests from the sales field
- Conduct proactive, consultative outreach and scheduling calls with LOs
- Manage the marketing onboarding for new LO hires
- Support Sales Managers with recruiting efforts
- Analyze trends and marketing results within the region
- Drive utilization of marketing systems within the sales team
- Act as project manager for certain marketing requests
- Own and manage 2-3 other company-wide marketing systems or strategic projects
- Share in general marketing departmental duties such as invoice management and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Work in the financial services or real estate industry is a ‘nice-to-have’ but not required.
