Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, user research, or a similar role. Preferably in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Proven experience designing and executing both qualitative and quantitative research studies using tools such as Qualtrics, Listen Labs, or Dscout.
  • Strong analytical skills – you’re comfortable working with survey data, customer data, and statistical methods to get to the “why” behind the “what.”
  • Deep curiosity about people – what motivates them, how they behave, and why.
  • Pragmatic: looking for real world business impact, not a science project.
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller, able to influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
  • A collaborative and empathetic mindset with experience supporting and leveling up your peers.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end primary research (quant and qual), from scoping and methodology design through execution, analysis, and presentation.
  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews, and segmentation studies to better understand our customers and the broader market.
  • Analyze secondary research, competitive intelligence, and market trends to support company-wide planning and positioning.
  • Design dashboards that visualize complex datasets in simple, intriguing formats.
  • Lead and collaborate on projects that generate insights for key business partners across Marketing, Growth, Product and Advisor Experience.
  • Contribute to team culture and best practices. Help create an impactful, curious, and collaborative research environment.
