Requirements
- 3-5 years in the healthcare industry, sales, customer service experience
- Have a basic understanding of the Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) industry
- Hold an active health insurance license in their resident state or become licensed within 90 days of employment
- Be willing to travel to visit the plan sponsor sales offices across the nation – 15-20% travel annually
- Proficient in creating and conducting formal presentations, in-person or virtually
- Possess product knowledge of medical, dental, and vision
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, TEAMS, Pivot Tables
Responsibilities
- Conduct training for the plan sponsor sales force and benefit team members
- Educate team members on the products and assets offered
- Help team members understand the competitive landscape nationally and within local markets
