Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leadership roles related to government acquisition
- 5+ years of experience working across multiple high-level government organizations
- 3+ years of experience building relationships with senior military and civilian government leaders
- Experience with program or product management, specifically within government contracting
- Experience developing a critical network of industry, government, and acquisition partners
- Experience with the systems engineering lifecycle and DoD acquisition lifecycle
- Experience consulting to the federal government, specifically DoD
- Ability to run complex capture and development teams
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain impactful programs
- Guide critical capture efforts
- Organize and coordinate program objectives
- Support the team in navigating requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges
- Identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting the client’s mission
- Broaden expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running Agile and SAFe projects
- Experience managing project schedules using MS Project
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a complex, dynamic environment
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
