Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (and/or equivalent years of experience)
- Working knowledge of healthcare issues and the life sciences industry
- 3+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
- Strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms (e.g., Salesforce), content management, and learning management systems
- Demonstrated ability to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in preparing and proofing documents for senior-level audience
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to multi-task and can prioritize work streams effectively under deadline, with timely execution and resolution of action items
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ethical, confident, and creative, with a persistent ‘can do’ attitude

Responsibilities
- Support development of the Business Development Strategy for assigned functional sales areas
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that drives achievement of the goals in the Business Development Strategy
- Design and maintain sales enablement tools, centralized resources, and content, including playbooks, sales scripts, and presentations
- Create and administer email outreach campaigns through sales automation tools like Outreach.io to generate new pipeline
- Create target lists of new prospects through contact databases like LinkedIn and Zoominfo.com to use in outreach campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies, and to create compelling sales collateral
- Analyze sales processes and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team, including new hire onboarding and continuous education
- Create, manage, and deliver training programs and materials to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Stay current with industry trends, sales techniques, and competitive landscape to ensure the sales team has a competitive edge
- Drive proposal development for a subset of opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with developing and maintaining sales plans, managing multiple initiatives/work streams simultaneously preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
