Requirements
- ideally 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within a leading financial institution
- proven leadership experience
- series 7, 66, and 9/10
- motivated, self-directed and driven
- skilled at creating a positive business culture (you have the human touch)
Responsibilities
- act as a deputy to the Market Head in the daily management of the Market
- develop a structured coaching program for financial advisors, helping them identify and achieve their growth needs
- run regular sales meetings, assist with implementing growth initiatives, evaluate progress and create action plans to address underperformance
- when appropriate, manage and resolve all escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks
- assist with selecting, hiring and on-boarding of financial advisors and oversee conversion of those transitioning
- serve as financial advisor to personal clients while managing market responsibilities
