Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc.)
- Comfortable with learning new skills on the computer (our ERP system)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Follow verbal instructions and use simple math
- Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Verify product and material received against bills of lading, packing slips or purchase orders
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages and communicates with shipper to rectify issues
- Process and enter incoming receiving paperwork into ERP system
- Use dolly and/or jack in loading and unloading supplies and equipment
- Partner with internal team members to resolve vendor and incoming receiving issues
- Pack from 100 to 1,000 pieces properly according to work instructions to avoid damages
- Use FedEx and UPS apps for domestic and/or international shipments
- Process and enter paperwork into ERP system
- Provide excellent customer service to internal customers
