Requirements
- Have a high School Diploma or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 6 months previous manufacturing experience
- Have ability to read and interpret routine instructions
- Have ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Have a good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment
- Have the ability to operate material moving equipment/overhead crane and/or obtain the necessary certification
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring various pieces of equipment including rewinder, tape liner, packager, tape/braider, automation lines, test stations, wave solder, smart inventory, coating lines
- Operating multiple machines simultaneously
- Repairing, patching and/or splicing cable, hand assembly and sub assembly
- Reading basic job instructions for operating various machines
- Performing quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements
