Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in setting up machinery and equipment, conducting tests, and ensuring the operational readiness of manufacturing systems
- Perform regular maintenance on manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot issues as they arise during production, and take proactive measures to minimize downtime
- Document manufacturing work instructions, performance data, and test results. Identify and resolve production blockers. Compile reports based on production data to provide insights for process optimization and improvement
- Provide technical support to the manufacturing team, offering guidance on equipment operations, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices
- Engage in hands-on tasks, directly interacting with production machinery and materials to ensure efficient operation and quality output
- Assist in training new staff on equipment operations, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures to ensure competency and adherence to quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification in engineering technology, manufacturing, or related field
- Prior experience in aerospace manufacturing or a similar high-tech industry
- Prior experience creating visual work instructions for assembly and test processes
- Prior experience troubleshooting electrical assemblies
