Manufacturing Engineer

Knowledge of the philosophy, principles and implementation approaches of lean manufacturing; ability to integrate and implement lean manufacturing philosophy into existing production and management processes.
Knowledge of the electrical, mechanical and logistics equipment used in manufacturing; ability to safely operate, maintain, update and store them.
Knowledge of existing product manufacturing methods, technologies and processes; ability to execute, plan, manage and monitor the entire manufacturing process.
Knowledge of manufacturing safety; ability to identify work-related hazards and perform necessary activities to meet regulatory requirements for the safety and protection of workers, environment and site.
Knowledge of organizational standards, procedures and policies in manufacturing activities; ability to plan, guide, and monitor manufacturing processes for compliance.

Organize and coordinate with cross functional teams on their respective platforms and assist to Develop, analyze, coordinate and manage NPI/ NTI / NSI programs.
Coordinate APQP, Manufacturing Review and Team Feasibility Commitment meetings and product change sign offs for assembly.
Monitor NPI scorings and assess completeness, timeliness and evidence in NPI MT tool.
Identify, assign and follow up on issues, risks, action items, decisions, change requests and suggest mitigations, project/ process improvements as necessary. Work collaboratively with Operations & Small Business Teams.
Monitor and report on NPI metrics to communicate health of the program. Ensure NPI programs meet the quality ADQ targets.
Compile and lead Seguin NPI readiness process reviews, metrics with stakeholders.

Knowledge of Tableau / Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
Strong background in APQP, PPAP, Virtual Build, Design & Process FMEA, Six-Sigma process.
Experience with Product & Process Change Management, Releasing Process desired.
Able to build strong collaboration with various stakeholders desired.
