Requirements

  • Skilled in troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for system-level challenges in a production environment.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in two or more of the following areas: HW setups, BIOS configuration, PC/server build and configuration; Communication protocols like RS232, Ethernet, and ECAT; PCB layout programs (Deep trace, ODRAC, Altium) and debugging tools (DVM, Megger insulation tester, network analyzer, oscilloscope); ICT fixture design and requirements for PCB board outsourcing.
  • Experience in BOM structuring for multidisciplinary products, submitting, and managing engineering change orders.
  • Proven ability to manage project timelines, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Up to 20% travel to support customers worldwide.
  • Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master’s Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor’s Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Skilled in troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for system-level challenges in a production environment.
  • Design and Development: Design and develop fixtures to support production and write procedures for various processes.
  • Failure Analysis: Conduct failure analysis reports and investigations.
  • Process Development: Develop and write procedures for various processes.
  • Vendor Management: Act as the technical authority to resolve escalations and communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge or previous exposure to ISO 9001, Six Sigma (Green Belt), Lean Manufacturing principles, OSHA standards, EPA regulations.
