Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources or Payroll
  • Prior experience working with labor unions
  • Prior experience working with union collective bargaining agreements
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Ability to maintain a high level of organization and be able to quickly prioritize multiple assignments
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with the CVS Health Labor Relations team to implement contract ratification and address any issues or grievances raised.
  • Managing and supporting HR technology systems and tools by collaborating with HR and IT teams to implement and maintain HR software, troubleshoot technical issues, analyze and report HR data, and provide user support and training. Applies in-depth expertise in HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and user experience within the HR function.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve service quality, and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, automation, and technology solutions that optimize HR service delivery.
  • Providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members, monitoring performance and ensuring the team’s productivity adheres to service level agreements.
  • Analyzing HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Collects data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR services, measure customer satisfaction, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies while staying updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements, and implements necessary changes to maintain compliance within the HR Service Center operations.
  • Interacting with various stakeholders, including HR leaders, business managers, and employees, to understand their needs, provide guidance, and address concerns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Workday or other relevant HCM systems experience
  • Prior experience working with external vendor partners
  • Prior governance experience with an outsourced service model
  • Prior experience working with a large company and large datasets
  • Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
