Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supporting and building Total Rewards programs in high growth, maturing organizations, including managing a team.
- Solid foundation and understanding of Total Rewards best practices and core competencies.
- Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive to success multiple concurrent projects.
- Analytical with the ability to influence leadership using a mix of stories and data.
- Highest levels of integrity, empathy, and management of confidential information.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to present complex information clearly and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Ironclad executive team and HR to ensure the rewards strategy aligns with overall business objectives.
- Conduct benchmarking efforts to assess market trends and adjust programs accordingly.
- Drive communications and education initiatives around compensation and benefits to ensure employee understanding and participation.
- Manage compensation coordinator role, supporting on quantitative projects and employee requests.
- In partnership with a broader team, manage and administer all annual compensation and benefit life cycle moments including compensation planning and review cycles, pay equity reviews, benefits renewals, open enrollment, and other key events.
- Administer global leaves of absence in partnership with leave administration and compliance vendors.
- Own and operate compensation-related systems within People tech stack.
- Lead and support recognition programs through analyzing data, ad-hoc reporting and providing support to employee inquiries, as needed.
- Establish and measure key compensation and benefit program metrics. Regularly benchmark company programs and monitor external trends to proactively adjust company plans and programs to ensure market competitiveness.
- Build collaborative and healthy cross-functional relationships with key partners including Legal, Finance, Business Operations, Sales Operations, and various leaders across the company.
