Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
- 7 – 10 years related experience
Responsibilities
- Accountable for day to day management of a team of IT professionals
- Involved in negotiating technology costs and scope in forecasting, planning process
- Responsible for managing multiple teams and/or projects with increasing degree of complexity
- Works independently and often autonomously in the management of projects, teams and operational disciplines
- Manages system enhancements, new releases or projects typically focused on a specific product/application of moderate scope and complexity
- Orchestrates the development of resolutions, plans and strategies for operational advancement
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree, preferred
- PMP
- Agile certifications
- MS Office including MS Teams, MS Projects, Visio, Confluence, Jira
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Stakeholder management
- Experience working in Financial Sector
- Experience working with Digital Platforms
