Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Psychology, Business Training, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership development in a corporate or industrial setting, including: Program design and management in leadership competency, sales capability, and individual functional development.
  • Project management, facilitation, and learning resource management.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, assess training effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Strong business acumen and hands-on experience in planning and project management.
  • Knowledge of workforce trends and in-demand skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; collaborative team approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed and quality.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and responsiveness.
  • Ability to convey complex or technical information clearly and interpret complex information from others.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and program manage training programs to enhance employee skills and align workforce development with business objectives. Primary areas will focus on leadership development, functional development, and sales capability.
  • Conduct training needs analyses and assess training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and metrics to identify key development areas.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business stakeholders to align learning strategies with company goals.
  • Analyze learning programs and content to propose enhancements aligned with internal best practices (e.g., promotional practices, workforce retention goals).
  • Actively manage development programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment with the program calendar and key communication dates.
  • Implement, collect, analyze, and maintain metrics data from multiple sources (e.g., needs analysis, survey feedback, external benchmarking) to assess skill gaps and design learning initiatives that meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to plan and coordinate programs as needed.
  • Facilitate talent development programs in part or in full, leveraging internal SMEs and the instructional design team to share best practices and ensure alignment of initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams as needed.
