Requirements

  • 15+ years of business experience
  • At least five years of experience in recruiting, executive search or talent acquisition within a top-tier professional services, consulting, or corporate environment
  • Strong strategic thinking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong assessment abilities
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong business acumen

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruiting strategy, candidate development and processes for the Consultant cohort
  • Lead internal stakeholder communication and management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high potential Consultant prospects and candidates
  • Partner with the Manager, DEI Recruiting-N.A., to support the Firm’s talent objectives
  • Develop Consultant position specifications and drive candidate generation
  • Develop, cultivate, assess and reference candidates
  • Provide search updates and materials as necessary to stakeholder teams
  • Provide input into the crucial onboarding plan for new hires
  • Maintain updated information about searches and outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity and exposure to a broad range of industries
  • Financial savvy in constructing offers
  • Aptitude to partner with General Counsel in understanding candidate post-employment obligations
