Requirements
- 15+ years of business experience
- At least five years of experience in recruiting, executive search or talent acquisition within a top-tier professional services, consulting, or corporate environment
- Strong strategic thinking
- Strong communication skills
- Strong assessment abilities
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong business acumen
Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting strategy, candidate development and processes for the Consultant cohort
- Lead internal stakeholder communication and management
- Develop and maintain relationships with high potential Consultant prospects and candidates
- Partner with the Manager, DEI Recruiting-N.A., to support the Firm’s talent objectives
- Develop Consultant position specifications and drive candidate generation
- Develop, cultivate, assess and reference candidates
- Provide search updates and materials as necessary to stakeholder teams
- Provide input into the crucial onboarding plan for new hires
- Maintain updated information about searches and outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity and exposure to a broad range of industries
- Financial savvy in constructing offers
- Aptitude to partner with General Counsel in understanding candidate post-employment obligations
