Requirements

  • Four years of Warehouse/Inventory experience.
  • Four years of Supply Chain experience.
  • Four years of management experience with direct reports in a team environment.
  • Experience in a role requires the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, and to meet deadlines.
  • Experience organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Computer experience includes working knowledge of basic tools such as spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software, etc.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Inventory Management experience.
  • Experience in a role working with healthcare supplies.
  • Experience with medical supply products.

Responsibilities

  • Manages daily Field Logistics operations for departments, clinical programs, and facilities.
  • Supports supply logistics for departments or clinical service lines, including implementation, recall management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitors product utilization and ensures compliance with standardized processes.
  • Manages staffing, training, work planning, and scheduling.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve logistics efficiency.
  • Guides and coordinates the efforts of other leaders and programs to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensures safe and effective implementation of systems, tools, and processes.
  • Manages department budget for financial viability.
  • Represents SCO in collaboration with facility managers and leadership.
