Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, finance, sales operations or a related field
- Skills – Communications/Presentations leveraging Microsoft office products, knowledge of statistics, other data analytics
- Project management skills – i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning & organizational skills
- Travel – Up to 20%
- Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal controls over the pricing activities to ensure compliance.
- Lead cross-functional stakeholders to analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to make data-driven pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic pricing initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Communicate pricing strategies and decisions to internal stakeholders and ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate pricing performance, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pricing, and continuously innovate and improve pricing processes and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a semiconductor company (foundry, fabless, packaging or design house)
- Development experience in Power BI or comparable BI tool
