Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a strategic or analytical role.
- Professional and/or educational background in statistics or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple complex priorities.
Responsibilities
- Design and build infrastructure to operationalize value realization, focusing on metrics stewardship and subsequent tracking.
- Develop methodologies to align Key Initiatives with enterprise level OKRs/KPIs.
- Use data science skills to analyze complex data sets and address issues around attribution.
- Provide statistical expertise to support decision-making processes.
- Show creativity and resilience in the face of challenges and ambiguity.
- Support other project and portfolio management workstreams to drive organizational success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic goal alignment and execution.
- Influence and impact stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
