Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, strategy and operations or related experience in driving monetization growth
- OR equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Begins to identify new opportunities for growth within a limited scope and leads strategy development with business partners, and validates and executes complex pressure testing of growth opportunities.
- Maintains collaborative relationships with other teams and proactively seeks input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints.
- Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) and implications of internal/external factors to management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive action.
- Synthesizes problems and communicates point of view to drive alignment and decision-making on issues within the area of responsibility.
- Supports performance management by creating, maintaining, and updating complex models and forecasts; develops improvements/alternatives for key metrics and partners with cross-functional teams to close deviations from targets.
- Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address highly complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results.
- Independently partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics-oriented perspective.
- Independently drives the development of large workstreams, projects, or operational processes.
- Works as part of a team that supports the culture and values of the organization, including people development and diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Provides actionable, concrete project-oriented feedback (after a meeting, end-of-project review) to colleagues and/or partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, including experience in interacting with large datasets
- 3+ years of experience in the technology industry
- Adaptable and able to react quickly to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to seek information independently and solve conceptual problems with directional guidance
- Proven ability to coordinate and execute projects independently, effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and autonomously perform within tight deadlines
- Demonstrate a potential in thought leadership and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
