Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of solutions engineers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Build a robust team through talent acquisition, retention, and fostering professional growth.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts to support the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address technical challenges and develop tailored solutions.
  • Assign and manage resources effectively to meet the technical needs of the sales team, ensuring the efficient use of personnel and tools.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance technical and sales skills within the solutions engineering team.
  • Raise awareness of key performance indicators (KPIs) and promote continuous improvement.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, engaging directly with customers to resolve problems and ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that align the solutions engineering team with overall sales objectives and company goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the solutions engineering function.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of solutions engineering initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
