Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
- At least 6 -10 years of experience in application development, system architecture, and production support for enterprise-level solutions.
- A minimum of 2 – 3+ years leading diverse, distributed engineering teams across geographies.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Ruby, Shell, or JavaScript.
- Experience working with front-end frameworks like AngularJS, ReactJS, or Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with open-source tools and agile development methodologies.
- A strong understanding of software development best practices, including architecture, design patterns, and development processes.
- The ability to connect technical deliverables to business outcomes, collaborating with product owners to ensure value realization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional discussions and dependencies effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in domains such as Partner Relationship Management (PRM) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a plus.
