Requirements
- Proven experience in front-end and back-end engineering, with a strong understanding of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks).
- Some experience leading or mentoring engineers, contributing to project planning, or supporting team collaboration.
- Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel) and development standard processes.
- Prior experience in generative AI space with building products.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques.
- Exposure to cloud environments like Azure or AWS is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to tackle new challenges and drive team success.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the technical planning and execution of front-end projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Providing mentorship and career development support to engineers, encouraging a culture of learning and growth.
- Collaborating with multi-functional teams to align priorities, guide technical dependencies, and improve development workflows.
- Participating in code reviews, architectural discussions, and team brainstorming sessions to drive technical quality.
- Championing standard methodologies in front-end development, including performance optimization, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Helping track team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing processes to improve efficiency.
