Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a Software Engineering role using Java
- 4+ years of proven experience in leading and managing teams in an agile environment, successfully delivering software projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer Science or related fields or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience building web frameworks and libraries
- Demonstrated track record of delivering performant, resilient solutions in a business-critical SaaS environment.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with software engineering best practices (coding standards, code reviews, SCM, CI, build processes, testing, and operations).
