Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or in a computer programming related field.
  • 4-7 years experience in an Analytics and Business Intelligence development environment.
  • 3+ years experience in managing or supervising a team of 15 developers or more.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile application development (iOS and Android).
  • 7+ years of experience in software development with expertise in backend API development and cloud services (AWS, Azure).

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of mobile app developers.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide clear direction, support, and feedback to ensure the team delivers results aligned with T-Mobile’s business goals.
  • Oversee the development of iOS and Android mobile applications, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems and external APIs.
  • Optimize mobile apps and platforms for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX concepts and their smooth implementation.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and timelines, ensuring that work you’re doing meet business requirements.
  • Effectively manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
  • Regularly update collaborators on project status, risks, and resolutions to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Establish and implement coding standards and best practices to maintain a high-quality codebase.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on design and implementation to ensure robust and maintainable solutions.
  • Solve and resolve technical issues swiftly to minimize disruptions and ensure seamless app performance.
