Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or in a computer programming related field.
- 4-7 years experience in an Analytics and Business Intelligence development environment.
- 3+ years experience in managing or supervising a team of 15 developers or more.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile application development (iOS and Android).
- 7+ years of experience in software development with expertise in backend API development and cloud services (AWS, Azure).

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of mobile app developers.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Provide clear direction, support, and feedback to ensure the team delivers results aligned with T-Mobile’s business goals.
- Oversee the development of iOS and Android mobile applications, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems and external APIs.
- Optimize mobile apps and platforms for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX concepts and their smooth implementation.
- Define project scope, objectives, and timelines, ensuring that work you’re doing meet business requirements.
- Effectively manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Regularly update collaborators on project status, risks, and resolutions to ensure alignment across teams.
- Establish and implement coding standards and best practices to maintain a high-quality codebase.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on design and implementation to ensure robust and maintainable solutions.
- Solve and resolve technical issues swiftly to minimize disruptions and ensure seamless app performance.
