Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Media Studies, Business or a related field is required.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Digital Marketing with a focus in Social Media.
- Deep working knowledge of social media channels, including management of performance-based paid social advertising campaigns.
- Comprehensive understanding of best practices standards for all social media channels including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
- Demonstrated experience building strategy around content, voice, user generated content and community to deliver a best-in-class social media experience across all platforms.
- Experience building, executing, and expanding an influencer marketing strategy.
- Solid track record of building, coaching and mentoring social teams.
Responsibilities
- Build annual social strategies that ladder up to the overall media/brand plans, ensuring continuous innovation and evolution for FBIN’s social channels and social content strategy.
- Orchestrate social influencer strategies across FBIN that result in long-term relationship building and brand advocacy with key social influencers and their engaged social communities.
- Lead and develop insight-driven paid social activations for Moen across all paid social platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, etc. that deliver against KPIs at each stage of the funnel – awareness, consideration, purchase intent, and loyalty.
- Stay informed with the evolving social media landscape, including algorithmic changes, and be an advocate within the organization for bold, on-brand social engagement programs.
- Research and design strategies for the early adoption of emerging/new social media platforms and tools while also managing/maintaining relationships with our social vendors, Sprinklr, Curlate, IZEA and any other future vendor the social media team takes on.
- Inspire cross-functional teams to advance digital thinking and best practices, improving the way we work to achieve goals and our social media impact; oversee the establishment of a social media learning and development program and provide guidance to organization’s partners to translate their business goals to social media practices.
- Build and enhance partnerships with key external contacts at major social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
- Orchestrate the development of social creative across all owned platforms in partnership with brand team and agency creative partners.
- Drive innovation across all FBIN social channels, remaining up to date on new technology, platforms, macro trends and competitor activities to apply to strategic plans.
- Manage budgets and allocation of funds across social channels while closely monitoring and driving return on investment.
- Manage, recruit, mentor, and participate in the career development of the social team.
- Share best practices globally to increase social knowledge across geographic regions and business units.
