Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years’ experience installing, running and supporting SAP Solutions as a Basis Administrator and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 5+ years’ related work experience.
- Experience installing, running and supporting SAP S4 HANA and other SAP applications in public cloud environments.
- Experience with automation tools like Jenkins and Ansible.
- Experience with ITSM and ITOM processes and technologies.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving large scale, complex programs and projects related to business process and system transformation in a highly regulated industry, ideally ERP implementation using SAP’s S4 HANA solution.
- Define and document technology and process solutions that ensure compliance with regulations like NIS 800-171, DFARs, CUI/CDI, SEC/SOX, etc.
- Leverage RTX’s influential relationship with SAP, Solution Integrators and other software providers.
- Lead technical teams through database and software installation, upgrade and patching processes.
- Resolve conflicts, technical and other, to the satisfaction of our internal and external customers.
- Work with SAP Solution Manager, Web Dispatcher, ECC, Suite on HANA, SAP BW, Business Objects, SAP Landscape Transformation, SAP GRC, GT, SRM, Netweaver Portals and SAP PI solutions.
- Integration with Cloud solutions like Ariba and Concur.
- Strong understanding of Web technologies, firewalls, Proxy, reverse proxy, Web application Firewalls and other cyber capabilities required to deploy solutions safely and successfully.
- Work with internal cyber and administrative practices and policies.
- Functional teams to support configuration, system performance tuning and other activities necessary for preparation of the environment.
- Travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience contributing to large, complex A&D enterprise projects — or similarly regulated large organization.
- Experience with the regulatory environment of a publicly held A&D organization.
